A little bit about me
I’m Raquel, a Product Designer with 14 years of experience designing digital products.
Well… my full name is Raquel Santiago de Polonia. If you’re wondering about the two surnames, that’s a Spanish thing — we traditionally have one surname from each parent.
I began my career in product design at Conker Group, where I spent nearly seven years working with major clients including Mars, Pernod Ricard, Britvic, and Mondelez. Most of my work involved designing iPad tools for sales representatives, alongside desktop tools for back-office teams.
I later joined IRIS Software, a much larger organisation, where I worked on an HR platform across desktop and mobile. Working in a cross-functional team gave me the opportunity to experience product design at a different scale while deepening my knowledge of SaaS.
